Regional Sales Manager - Property Restoration - £42K + £13K OTE + Company Car



Location: Midlands, UK remit.

Salary: £40,000 basic, plus £13,000 OTE + Company Car

The Role: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for selling property restoration and repair products for properties that have been affected by flooding and dehumidification. Selling cleaning, re-upholstery and carbon removal services for commercial use, you will target large hotel groups and retailers, as well as loss adjusters/insurance claim specialists. Responsible for prospecting 50% new business, you will also inherit accounts and manage 50% existing business. Contacting loss adjusters, divisional directors, procurement, hotel managers and FM managers, this role will involve attending 10 face to face meetings per week across the UK.
