My client is one of the most highly thought of businesses in the spirits industry who are currently leading the way by working with exceptional producers and showcasing exceptional quality throughout their range. They have a fantastic, ever growing portfolio of spirits from all around the world and have won numerous industry awards in recent years. They operate with branded and own label products and have strong distribution in both the On and Off-Trade.

They are currently looking for a National Account Manager focusing in the Convenience channel, however there will be flexibility within the role to manage cash and carry also. This is a new area of growth for the business and one they see as being lucrative for them. You will have full P+L responsibility for your accounts including Spar and Nisa. The role will involve creating joint business plans and providing strategic direction for the brands in the aforementioned accounts. Working closely with the Brand Managers to drive sales through the designated accounts to achieve overhead and budget goals will be a key focus of the position.

This role requires the candidate to have existing working relationships in the Convenience and Cash and Carry channel from a branded product background. Those with experience in the wine, beer or spirits industry may be at an advantage, however strong candidates from a branded food background would be considered.
