Internal Telephone Sales Executive - FMCG Sector

THE ROLE: Working as an Internal Telephone Sales Executive, based from regional premises in Edinburgh, you will be responsible for selling a complete foodservice solution including ambient, chilled, frozen, foods plus beverages - to diverse markets within the private and public sectors; including hotels, restaurants, cafes, pubs, leisure facilities, tourist attractions, hospitals, schools etc. You'll be handling incoming calls and making proactive outbound telephone calls, pus analysing data to see how you can add value to clients and increase revenue.
THE PERSON: This role will see you dealing with chefs, food & beverage managers and business owners. Therefore, you will need a strong personality and the ability to influence buying habits. Previous experience in customer service or telephone base selling is ideal, but more important is attitude and desire to succeed. You'll be high energy, organised, flexible and driven.
