The Company: Our client has identified and developed a fresh and relevant car parking solution that benefits everyone! They strive to continually provide the highest levels of customer service, providing casual, monthly and weekend parking, as well as pre-booking spaces via an online portal. They have huge growth plans and are recruiting a salesperson to support expansion. A potential £25K OTE is on offer here, as well as progression into key account management as you grow with the company!

The Role: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for selling car park management solutions into government, retail, councils and leisure businesses across the South West London region. Tasked and responsible for prospecting 100% new business, winning it and retaining it will be your main priority. Contacting procurement managers, directors and facility managers, order sizes will range from £100-£10,000, sourced from internal leads and marketing campaigns. Lead times can take between 3-6 months to convert, you will work towards £250,000 sales target in your first year.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have B2B Field Sales Experience - New Business Focused
  • Driving license
  • Sold into public sector; government, councils OR leisure, retail
