This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to our client’s long-term ambitions. We have a portfolio of brands that are category leaders. Due to organic growth we are seeking a National Account Manager to take responsibility for sourcing new business targeting hotel groups, pubs and bars, offices and hospitals. As an integral part of the direct sales team you will lead the long-term growth strategy for the ‘large business’ sector; focused on, but not limited to hotel groups, restaurants, head offices. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining a new business prospect funnel and winning new business tenders. As the National Account Manager, you will work as part of a cross functional selling team with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Finance in order to deliver our growth agenda.
Ideal candidates, of graduate calibre, will have an FMCG background that has provided them with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of account management. An ability to manage complex structures and a changing workload in a dynamic deadline-driven changing environment is essential. Previous Out of Home, Food Service, ‘on the go’ experience is a pre-requisite.
