PA - Front Office

Fast growing health and beauty business looking to expand globally needs you.

My client is seeking a passionate and organised PA to join their team. You will be reporting directly into the MD who is a successful entrepreneur. You will support as the front office and ensure all guests are welcomed and have the best experience wuith the company.

Due to expansion in the business they have created this role for someone to come in and play an integral part of the companies organisaition.

Key Responsibilities

-       Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

-       Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments

-       Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

-       Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

-       Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

-       Collating and filing expenses

-       Conducting research on behalf of the manager
