When I was a kid, I wanted to be an archaeologist.
Indiana Jones set me off on a path to muddy trenches, eccentric professors, summer sun, winter rain and bad knees.
Why am I telling you this?
I ended up in recruitment. Turns out I like it a lot, but not everyone enjoys what they ended up doing as much as me.

You’ll own the strategy, activation, insights, ATL & BTL spend and shopper focus. You’ll champion your brand internally and externally; you’ll listen and hone and refine the great base you’re working from delivering great returns for your investors.
You’ll be stretched and challenged to do a lot with strong but moderate budget. Where’s the killer play though that will unlock success and growth? Well really, that’s why we’re after you. You know you’ve got the creative flow needed to drive these brands to the next level. The problem for you is that no-one is listening and when they are, it’s too late.
Fast to act and quick to market, speed and excellence in delivery are a key component in Symington’s winning approach.
We’re working with their board as they invest in their brands and the size and reach of their marketing team. It’s an exciting time to join and you’ll be in a key driving seat with the senior leadership team as they unlock the next stage of growth.
