Are you an experienced commercial leader with experience in holding full site P+L responsibility? Do you have a background in the Food Service channel with a track record of delivering results with a mixture of accounts and customers within the M25? Do you have experience in fresh food within food service? If so, we'd like to hear form you.

About our Client:
Our client is a leading supplier of fresh food products to the restaurants and hotels across the country. They have a great reputation for quality, competitively priced products and service. They supply a variety of value added, seasonal and staple products to a real mix of customers, from large groups to some of the big independent names in the sector. For a big team and business they have a family run feel and a great culture. They have some great suppliers from global names to more local niche businesses.

About the Job:
This role is all about the commercial management of the Sales team and customers as well as leading the site to deliver profitable business and growth. You will utilise you experience in managing P+L's to drive profitable business through the site whilst managing the team to continue to deliver great quality and service. You will be supported by a great team to deliver the goals for the site. You will use your commercial experience in dealing with key accounts with London to drive account growth and new business. You will be an experienced leader of people and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will know what good performance looks like and how to get the most out of a team across different functions. First and foremost this is a commercial role focused on sales, account growth and new business, although you will have full responsibility for the overall site, commercial performance must come first.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a fantastic track record of delivering sales, new business and account growth whilst holding full P+L responsibility. You will have a proven ability to sell fresh food products into a variety of customers in the food service channel. You will be able to lead a team across different functions, with a focus on commercial management (you will be supported by strong operations and technical teams). The ideal candidate will have experience in fresh fish or seafood, but this is not a must. You will be used to dealing with demanding accounts and customers and be able to build long term relationships with your customers. A mixture of account experience would be useful, from larger groups to independents.

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this challenging role, you will need to have a proven track record of P+L management of a site to deliver commercial results and targets. You will need to be a robust leader of people and teams.
