Junior Account Manager - Europe

This market leading cosmetics and personal care business own a number of well-known brands with extremely strong distribution across Grocery, High Street, Discount channels and across Europe. They are currently going through a period of great growth in their brand catalogue and boast extremely talented Sales professional in the team who can both nurture and grow accounts. This business prides themselves on their autonomous culture allowing their trusted employees to work collaboratively to gain the best results possible. There is also extremely strong support from an allocated administrative team.

As Junior Account Manager you will be expected to support the Export team by setting-up and the management of pricelists, order forms, listing forms, artwork requests etc. Reporting into the Head of Export, you will be a pivotal member of the team who will eventually be given full responsibility of current European markets.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Day to day liaison with internal departments, especially Customer Services and Marketing to facilitate flow of orders and keep customers informed of new product launches.
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales managers to complete market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities at brand & product level.
  • Analyze business performance to identify trends at product/brand level and help develop/execute strategies to enhance assortment performance.
  • Maintain central files – e.g. contact Information, International RRPs, sales reports, invoice logs, contracts etc.
  • Day to day communication with external customers to maintain good relationships and provide exceptional sales and marketing support.

To be considered for this position you MUST have experience within a consumer (FMCG) business in an admin support/customer service role, ideally assisting on national/ international accounts. A passion for the beauty industry as well as a positive attitude and hard-working nature is also important.
