Field Sales Manager (Indep) – Seasonal Products.

£35k basic plus car + opportunity for substantial bonus.

Our Client is an established UK leading, import / distributor and manufacturer of seasonal products, with an enviable and diverse portfolio, spanning multiple non-food categories.

A vacancy exists for a Field Sales Manager to join their experienced team to cover the North/Midlands region. The role will be responsible for selling into a combination of leading Garden Centres, High Street Independents, Department Stores, Commercial Decorators and Online. The jobholder will inherit a portfolio of c. 200 accounts and be responsible for managing the entire sales process from forecasting, pre-selling through to delivery and in store execution; there will also be a requirement for the jobholder to generate new business within the Independent retail/Garden Centre channels.

Our Client is seeking a hardworking, tenacious, high achiever who is organised and can work diligently under their own steam, they must be structured and well-schooled in the sales process (ideally within a seasonal background), with proven demonstrable experience of on-boarding and maintaining key clients, primarily within the garden centre channel and importantly within the region they will be managing.

Candidates will ideally live in the Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Leicestershire or Nottinghamshire areas.
