Field Sales Manager
Do you want to manage a team for a leading international work wear and hygiene service provider that focuses on long-lasting customer relationships and continuous improvement? I am representing a fantastic organisation whose sole aim is to work collaboratively in delivering quality products and solutions to customers in the print, automotive, manufacturing and engineering industries.
They are seeking an ambitious and collaborative team leader to manage the field sales team in the South of England to support their development and assist in meeting their targets within accounts. You will also manage a portfolio of top customers and identify and implement ways to improve service delivery across departments. You will work closely with the internal customer service and excellence teams and establish key account relationships through strong stakeholder management. This role is field based and involves travel to visit customers and Account Managers within the region.
You will ideally have previous people and account management experience within the B2B customer service sector, and an understanding of providing products and services to the manufacturing industry. You will have a proactive attitude and be diplomatic and collaborative when implementing improvements. Personality and culture fit is highly important for this business.
