Package: £35,000 - 40,000 basic + £5,000 commission + company car

The Company: This family run business has been established for nearly 30 years, a major supplier to UK and overseas bathroom retailers, specialising in modern and stylish interior furnishings. Our client is a market leading bathroom product manufacturer and supplier, well known for innovation and excellence of service in the sectors of Bathroom Mirrors, Cabinets, Furniture, Lighting and Ventilation, a forward thinking and passionate company. They are now expanding their range of furniture, recruiting an Areas Sales Manager to support continued growth and success!

The Role:
Responsible for sales activities in an allocated region building client relationships and identifying and growing new accounts to increase product displays achievements and territory turnover. Working in the field covering the South Central Region of the UK you will add value to a growing company by maintaining existing customer relationships and seeking new opportunities within your area.

Communication is paramount and you will need to thrive autonomously and collaborate across other departments within the company; which all have a wonderful mix of personalities! This family business requires somebody driven with a flair for sales. If you are an experienced and talented Sales Manager who wants to join an exciting innovative company we want to hear from you!
  • Daily face to face visits developing a selection of key account, business relations and product representation.
  • Seek and identify sales growth and business opportunities such as developing display sales, stock offers and developing existing business.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and train and motivate those that work with HiB products.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and communicate with customers on any issues that need to be resolved.
  • Daily and monthly reporting.
  • Maintain strict levels of self-planning and organisation.
  • Carry out other duties as directed by the Sales Director


For this Area Sales Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • B2B sales experience
  • Have experience of working within area sales with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • Preferably living central to the area covered. ( Ideally Basingstoke, Camberley, Woking, M25 Leatherhead up to M3 20 mile radius)
  • Driving license
