I am currently recruiting an Export Sales Manager for a fantastic, rapidly growing, market leading business within the outdoor apparel industry. The primary focus of this role will be within the European markets, including Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain and France to name a few.

The role focus on the wholesale business within Germany and Austria, and the distributor business throughout the rest of Europe. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both wholesalers and distributor networks throughout Europe and will ideally come from the outdoor industry, although if you have a passion for outdoor activities/sports, this will also help your application.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will need to be able to work collaboratively with a team to devise strategies and plans to increase sales across designated markets. This is a completely home-based position, however there will be a strong element of travel throughout the UK and Europe as a role of this calibre would dictate.

The role will also have 4 direct reports who are sales agents across Germany and Austria, therefore, previous experience with man-management is highly desirable for this role.
