The Role
I am currently recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager in the National wholesale/convenience channel. My client have an enviable brand and a very ‘on point’ offering in the healthy snacking category and they have plenty of white space in the wholesale channel to drive incremental revenue through. Strategically this is a very important role and area for the client.
Based West London
The Person
My client offer good training and development and are more interested in talented, high performing individuals so are relatively open on background. FMCG experience is needed, however you might be a buyer looking to move supplier side, or could be a field sales leader looking to take on larger accounts and take your career into a NAM route.
Alternately you could currently be working as NAM but feel you are missing something from a development or culture perspective and are looking for an external move.
You will need a diverse skill set as initially you will be knocking on the doors of large national wholesales/convenience groups to gain listings, but will then manage the accounts you bring on board. None of these relationships are cold – they just need cultivating properly and the brand will do a lot of work opening initially conversations for you.
Office based in West London
Salary is up to £50 000 but there is no car or allowance on offer.
