This family company have been prevalent within the healthcare industry for the last 60 years now and have a great distribution network throughout the UK & Ireland. They also have an export department so have a global remit. They pride themselves on excellent customer service and have a product portfolio of in excess of 4,000 products. These products come under their own brand and also market leading brands within the medical arena. They’ve recently changed their management team and are now looking to accelerate their growth with the addition of a Product Manager.
This role will be responsible for developing all new products and ranges from concept to launch, whilst investigating new ranges to add to their existing portfolio. You will also be responsible for reviewing current ranges and how they can be improved. Analysis of competitor products is also a key focus for this role. Working with design agencies will also be a pivotal part of this role in order to ensure artwork is attractive.
You must have had experience of product management, ideally within consumer goods. Experience following prodiucts through all stages including design, development, launch and review is also key. The ability to analyse trends and data within the marketplace is also crucial to success in this role. A positive attitude and effective relationship builder is a must!
