National Account Controller - Foodservice

Often foodservice as a division can feel it plays second fiddle to retail, well that will not be the case here, this is a foodservice business first and foremost.  Due to this focus and a good quality and competitively priced product range they are growing fast. They have some strong relationships in foodservice already but there remains opportunities for further penetration and growth.

The role will manage 4 NAM’s who are home based around the UK. It will also get involved in some of the largest accounts sometimes. Ultimately the budget responsibilities will sit with the controller so you will need to have managed P+L and enjoy their responsibility.

I would describe this business as semi corporate, it’s not a blue chip but has in place established structures to this would suit someone who enjoys some freedom of decision making but isn’t looking for a fully entrepreneurial role.

Package is negotiable for the right candidate but is as expected for this level of role with good basic, good bonus, car and pension and healthcare.

This role can be based anywhere in England and possibly Scotland and Wales if the person is willing to spend more nights away from home.
