This is an excellent opportunity to launch a market leading European food brand into the UK Foodservice and HORECA sector. The company have over 50 years of tradition, a family centred approach and over 10 years of success with the UK Grocery Retailers. This success is driven by a commitment to the highest levels of quality, ingredients and taste - bringing the latest flavour trends to their consumers.

They have created a successful HORECA business in other European markets and also in the US. They have developed a range of products specifically for the UK market and are targeting casual dining, high street pub and restaurant chains and coffee shops. These are clever concepts which will provide a point of difference on menus and are already being warmly received in initial discussions. We now need someone to drive the agenda and deliver menu listings and profitable growth.

You know how to do this and have a track record of success working with menu developers, chefs and buyers to bring products to life. You know the investment of time required to influence the right people and how to initiate interest and trial. We are looking for someone who will be hardworking and flexible, with a real interest in food and a passion for quality.
