Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for a highly dynamic Account Controller or Channel Controller to become their new Head of Convenience and Impulse.
About the Head of Convenience & Impulse role:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will take full P&L responsibility for the Impulse and Convenience Channel, with 1st and 2nd tier line management of a team of 10. You will be responsible for continuous development of the channel strategy and overall commercial performance. You will be responsible for developing senior level relationships and leading top to top commercial negotiations. As the channel head you will have a big role to play in the SLT meetings and as a senior leader be responsible for identifying and nurturing future talent.
