Are you a driven and dynamic individual with a proven track record in either a Field Sales or FMCG background?

The Category:

Monster and Relentless are all about Energy! We are working cross portfolio in the Energy sector which is the fastest growing within the soft drinks category. We are currently the second largest portfolio in the UK and aim to be number one so you will need to have the drive and ambition to match!

From the biggest brand in the US to the fastest growing brand in Indies & Symbols in the UK, we have absolute winners in our portfolio and we are now looking for someone to drive sales across the Energy Drinks sector.

The Role:

This position is perfect for the entrepreneurial type looking to further develop a professional career in FMCG, offering the opportunity to develop a legacy of success and being part of something very exciting in a fast paced and high energy environment.

You will work closely with the Channel Manager to will build customer contact plans which facilitate the delivery of the Out Of Home strategy, across the following sub sectors – Foodservice, Food To Go, HE, Vending, Leisure and Non-traditional Leisure

It will be your responsibility for ensuring that your region and all accounts within are activated in line with the OOH annual plan, offering the chance to manage both existing and new business plans.

The Person:

  • You will be passionate, resilient, dynamic, motivated and very competitive 
  • You will have willingness to constantly learn in order to improve your own performance
  • You will have a good understanding of the soft drinks market
  • You will be a strong communicator and exceptional team player
  • You will have experience of new business generation in an FMCG business
  • You will ideally have trading experience in the following sectors – Vending, Health & Fitness, Food to Go, Leisure and Non-Traditional Leisure

The Requirements: 

It is a requirement of this role that you hold a full driving licence and are legally entitled to work in the UK.  

You will be required to attend team meetings and other events, therefore you must be willing to stay away over-night throughout the year.  

This role demands energy, passion and being able to identify with the category and brand.
