Ball Beverage Packaging is part of the Ball Corporation, the largest producer of recyclable metal cans in the world with over 100 locations and 17,500 employees.

Manufacturing printed aluminium cans and can ends across 20 plants in 15 European countries, their innovative approaches allows them to offer a diverse portfolio of products and added value finishes, special effects and graphics.  Their vision is to make the can the most sustainable package in the beverage industry.  The UK already recycles over 76% of all cans and delivers a credible sustainability agenda.

In line with their continued successful growth strategy, Ball Beverage Packaging are now seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager who will identify and, jointly with brand owners, create opportunities to promote cans as the preferred packaging e.g. new beverage categories such as water; work with startups on new ventures; create new investment opportunities and deliver engaging execution for our products and then further nurture the future growth of these brands.  This will require the development of effective relationships across procurement teams, supply chain and marketing.  In addition, engage with multiple stakeholders; from co-packers to manufacturers and retailers, demonstrating added value benefits including sustainability.  This role requires an individual who can identify, filter, motivate and drive the rising future brands of tomorrow.
