Due to growth, our client is offering a brilliant package for a Business Development Sales Manager to join their already successful team; If you are looking for career progression working with a fast-growing company that can offer you a package in excess of £70K, read on!

THE ROLE: As a National Accounts Business Development Manager you will be responsible for selling various security and safety products into a wide range of markets such as Education, Finance, Banking, Healthcare, Hotels, Retail and Airports. Your Points of contact will include Procurement, Risk Management, Health & Safety and Directors. The role of National Accounts Business Development Manager is split between account management and new business development, with leads coming from internal sources and your colleagues on different divisions. You will be dealing with projects ranging in value from £10K to £100K+ so you must be able to demonstrate that you have previously been involved in solution selling.

THE PERSON: To be successful in the role of National Accounts Business Development Manager you will have experience in a business to business field-based sales role. You will have experience selling security or safety products, you must be able to close business deals at high levels and be able to demonstrate this at interview stage. This paired with a driven, proactive, career motivated personality will see you excel in this position.

THE PACKAGE FOR NATIONAL ACCOUNTS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
  • Commission: £30,000 - £35,000 uncapped
  • Company Car or car allowance.
  • Mobile, laptop, Pension, 25 days holiday + stats, full company benefits.
