My Client
We are excited to be working with this company to recruit a Senior National Account Manager as my client is viewed as a ‘hero’ brand within the FMCG arena. They have a brand and strategy that is the envy of their competitors [and this envy goes wider than just the consumer space!] and are frequently on the ‘wish list’ of companies to work for when we speak with candidates.
They have a reputation for being a great employer as they encourage autonomy and creativity and do not put barriers or red tape in the way of people achieving this! There is a strong track record of internal promotions with training and development to support this. Progression does not have to be linear either, they support a breadth of experience and encourage team members so move laterally around departments to get exposure to all areas of the commercial business.

The Role
This Senior National Account Manager will be responsible for a selection of Grocery accounts, the exact customers will depend on the strength, preference and skill set of the successful candidate for this role. You will be owning the trading relationship from top to bottom and will have the autonomy to build your own promotional plans, business plans and strategy within the customer.
Grocery is a high performing [and high growth] area for this brand so this is a high-profile role with plenty of scope for exposure to the senior leadership team within the company, but with that does come expectation for delivery!

The Person
We are looking for a National Account Manager [or Senior National Account Manager] that is looking to work with an innovative and hero brand in the FMCG market. You will have experience managing grocery accounts [although it could have been as an NAE and your current NAM/SNAM role is on another channel] with the ability to move quickly and keep up with the decision-making pace of this company.
