THE ROLE: As a Business Sales Manager, you will be representing large clients and selling their products into a portfolio of independent pharmacies. 90% of your time will be spent managing relationships where you will be contacting Business Owners, Managers and Pharmacy Assistants daily. You will be responsible for engaging and educating on the benefits of the product. A small portion of your role will require you to develop new business leads that will come from the CRM system. This is an exciting account management role which will see you developing an extremely profitable region.
THE PERSON: To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track-record in field sales and the ability to both build upon existing relationships and develop new ones. You will need an adaptable style, a positive demeanor and strong closing skills. If you have experience in the FMCG industry or have previously sold to independent pharmacies this is preferred but by no means essential; Industry experience isn't required as you will receive full training. - Basic: £23,000 - £26,000
- Bonus: 10%
