They are seeking an ambitious and Account Manager to join their growing commercial team to support the management of their top accounts within the Northwest. You will build strong working relationships with external customers where you will act as an ambassador at all times, identifying solutions and targeting accounts with cross-selling and upselling strategies. You will work closely with the internal customer service and excellence teams and have the autonomy to push forward ideas within your accounts. This role is field based and involves travel to visit customers face to face within the region.
You will ideally have previous account management experience within the B2B customer service sector with evidence of overachieving in previous roles, however personality and culture fit is highly important for this business.
