Position: Marketing & Insight Graduate x2 – (Food Manufacturing / FMCG)
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: Competitive Salary plus Company Performance Bonus, 25 days holiday (option to buy up to 5 extra days a year), Company Pension Scheme, Single Healthcare Cover, Free Fruit, Free Fitness Clubs such as running, yoga and boot camp, and a flexible working policy

Category Executive

Our Category & Insights team is one of our key functions within our business, you’ll get to work with some truly talented individuals not only within our Category & Insights team, but also across our Brand Marketing, Sales & NPD teams. We are always looking for new ideas, so this is a role where you have the ability to work both strategically and also think outside the box.

This role would suit someone who is analytical and likes to understand the data & insights behind consumer behaviour, you’ll then be able to use this knowledge to influence key commercial decisions.

Assistant Brand Manager

Our Brand Marketing team also work very cross functionally and you will help drive and grow the core brands for the business through a range of tools, retailer channels & events. Innovation is a key part of the role and you’ll get to see idea’s come to life through working with the NPD & R&D teams.

This role would suit someone who is interested in creating new products, seeing projects through to completion and is enthusiastic at the thought of creating exciting brand messages both internally and externally to consumers & retailers.

Key Criteria

We are looking for graduates who have a 2:1 or above in a Marketing, Business or Commercial related degree.
Ideally you will also have had some experience gained within a marketing role or experience in a commercial retail / FMCG head office role which can be a marketing function or another head office function. This can be through an internship, placement or recent experience gained outside of university.
Can demonstrate and articulate a clear passion for a career in Marketing.
