My client is a rapidly expanding food business who are headquarters in buckinghamshire.

Description

International Sales Manager
  • Plan and implement export strategies
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key existing distributors.
  • Managing, supporting and developing distributors within key markets.
  • Setting distributor objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Understanding value chains and implementing a clear pricing structure across our distributor network.
  • Identifying, qualifying and appointing new distributors in new markets as part of growth strategy.
  • Negotiating distribution agreements and contracts.
  • Developing and growing existing trade markets as well as finding new ones.






Profile

International Sales Manager
  • At least 5 years sales experience
  • Preferably with a background in food and drink
  • Has experience in export sales/cross boarder/distributor model
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fast starter that can work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Professional understanding of cross-cultural differences
  • Confident in working to monthly targets, reporting and strong professional sales approach
  • Good attention to detail
