Reporting to the Regional Sales Director you will actively maximise sales growth and profit with existing customers through effective management of the customer relationship, alongside identifying new business opportunities in your region.
    
As well as getting to grips with customers' needs and advising on the best of our products for their business, you'll get to plan and target promotional activity, review customer loan performance/investments and generally do all you can to enhance our competitive advantage. In short, you'll build a rapport with customers old and new alike that will truly maximise sales and profit growth. 
  
Well organised yet flexible, your customer facing sales experience, ideally gained in a FMCG/retail environment has given you excellent relationship building and new business prospecting skills. You’ll be someone who is forward thinking, enjoys rising to the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets, with a flair for making business critical decisions and keeping our customers satisfied at all times. And, because some customers will be part of our loan scheme, you'll need to bring a good head for figures and business finance too.
