We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Executives to join our business. The role will be working with our client Johnson & Johnson, who have some of the best known brands in the Health & Beauty category.

Employed by ShopSmart you will be joining our high-performing team with a responsibility to drive sales on key brands through availability and visibility at the point of purchase in major multiple retailers. You will also be responsible for maximising brand awareness and incremental sales through the effective use of data and prioritising actions in conjunction with the client priorities.

The right candidates will be bright, articulate and motivated to exceed targets.

Ideally, you will have experience within a sales, FMCG or a retail background, with knowledge of processes and protocols of the Top 4 grocers, although we will also consider applications from ambitious and motivated individuals with experience from other sectors. You should also be excited about representing great brands, show resilience, drive and tenacity to succeed.

You must hold a full driving licence

There will be some travel in this role and possibly the need for some overnight stays.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Completion of predetermined quantity of store visits per day aligned to client KPIs
  • Completion of a predetermined minimum quantity of in store actions to achieve incremental sales targets
  • Compliance of retailer agreed displays as per agreed targets
  • Negotiation and maintenance of increased space/incremental displays
  • Continual contribution to other activities that generate return on investment
