The Company: One of the UK's largest independent wholesalers and distributors of frozen foods, they specialise in meat, poultry and fish produce. Established in the 90's, they now turnover an impressive £60M, allowing them to move to a new build premises to incorporate the latest food tech! Procurement, storage, sales and marketing is all done under this space. Boasting a modern and innovative brochure, they have been awarded for their storage and distribution standards. Now recruiting due to expansion, the close knit team will provide product training and great earning potential for the new sales executive.

The Role: Based from offices in Essex 3 days per week, the Field Sales Executive will cover a national remit, the UK & Ireland. Selling a huge range of meat, poultry and fish to the catering and retail markets, cash and carry, air and trainlines for example. Spending 2 days per week out in the field, you will prospect new business, cold call, convert warm leads and work through call lists. To be successful in this role you must have some foodservice experience, be driven and thrive on creating your own account base.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • B2B sales person - new business focused
  • Foodservice experience
  • Commutable to Essex (RM)
  • Driving license

  • Up to £30,000 basic salary, plus £60,000 commission - paid monthly
