Commercial Manager - Hugely ambitious healthy snacking brand
We are working exclusively with a super fast-growing, disruptive and extremely on-trend branded food business. We are searching for a Commercial Manager to take ownership of the business' high street, online and health food portfolio.
They are a business supplying a portfolio of on-trend, health-conscious snacks into just about everywhere and are progressing through a significant period of growth at present, after only launching their grocery products a short while ago. Supported heavily by a major innovation and marketing budget, the business is anticipating a busy and prosperous year ahead.
With this in mind, they have identified the need to recruit an entrepreneurial and ambitious Commercial Manager to take ownership of the aforementioned business.
As Commercial Manager, you will be pivotal in growing the brand's existing portfolio, but in the short-to-medium term be given the chance to progress and set up either a brand new OOH portfolio, or to progress to become the Head Of Grocery / SNAM, DOE.
Ambitious, and with experience across category or similar, you will be presented with the ideal opportunity to learn from an experienced Director whilst developing the necessary skills needed to push your career to the next level and beyond.

The ideal candidate will come with a couple years worth of national accounts experience, from either a branded, new and on-trend start-up environment, or from a blue chip - dying to make an impact in a smaller business. You will need to be very analytical, have an excellent level of attention to detail and be confident in presenting/communicating at all levels.
