Account Manager - retail & foodservice

We seek someone with a track record of luxury product/fine food sales and with a flair for building relationships and educating key stakeholders. Quicke’s is found across the globe wherever artisanal cheese is enjoyed. The backbone of sales has always been our domestic wholesale channel; with cheese reaching World Top 50 restaurants, top-end chains and travel accounts as well as owner/operator cheese shops alike. This is an exciting and varied opportunity for an experienced professional.
The goal is to build our lead in supplying discerning consumers, who demand high quality products produced by artisans in an ethical and sustainable way. Education is a core part of our activity, whether that’s our involvement in founding the Academy of Cheese or hosting classes for the guests of key retail/restaurant clients.
We have a growing team of passionate, enthusiastic likeminded people who share the vision and values of the business, which has enjoyed consistent growth in recent years.
In this role you will be responsible for driving forward sales of our world class artisan cheese into customers across a spectrum of channels, be that via independent cheese shops to regional/national multiple retail; coveted restaurant names and chains, through to airlines and cruises or major sporting events. At all times you will be expected to be a powerful ambassador of our artisan values and flavours, and communicate them with passion and ingenuity.

You must be highly organised, practical, down to earth and in possession of excellent communication skills with a willingness to go the “extra mile”.
