Location:  South East (Including Southampton, Crawley, Kent)

Salary: Up to £24,000

10% Bonus

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Business Development Executive to join our business. The role will be working with our client Dr Oetker.

Dr Oetker enjoys a reputation as one of the most trusted foods brands internationally.

Employed by REACH, you will be joining our high-performing team with responsibility for owning and managing delivery of Chicago Town Hot Pizza to Go cabinets by uncovering new distribution and managing existing customers, building and developing customer relationships, driving in-store training plans and training in-store staff.

The successful candidate will have experience within the convenience channel, although we will also consider applications from ambitious and motivated individuals with experience from other sectors. You will be excited about representing a great brand, show resilience, drive and tenacity to succeed.

You must hold a full driving licence.  There may be some travel in this role and the need for some overnight stays.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Commercial selling experience to build and win new business, ideally within the convenience independent channel
  • Capability to present brand concepts to business owners and to be able to articulate the commercial benefits of our proposition
  • Knowledge and/or experience of working with route to market partners within the convenience sector
  • Broad knowledge of the territory. To be the eyes and ears for new opportunities within the region
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationship with key stake holders

Role Requirements:

  • A passion for sales
  • Proven track record in sales of driving growth with existing and/or new customers
  • Attention to detail and a positive work ethic
