Consumer Activation Director – up to £90 000 plus excellent package – West Yorkshire

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading organisation who is seeking a Consumer Activation Director to join their dynamic and expanding team to have responsibility for identifying new opportunities within existing customers and developing and selling profitable consumer activation solutions.

The successful Consumer Activation Director must have demonstrable experience of using insight to understand and champion business and industry customer needs. You will develop in store and digital business propositions and solutions, launch and market these to your key accounts. Your responsibilities as the Consumer Activation Director will be to work closely with your customers to become a trusted advisor at a senior level. Working cross functionally at a senior level within these clients you will ensure that all opportunities are identified and maximised. It is essential that you have consumer activation and client management experience gained from the retail or FMCG sectors. As an individual you will be a self-starter, with the tenacity and drive to deliver results. You will possess gravitas and excellent influencing skills and ensure the customer is at the centre of all decision making and will possess excellent customer facing skills.

Skills: You will have a mix of sales, customer activation, marketing, customer marketing, shopper marketing, in store activation, brand development and business development skills gained from the retail or FMCG.
