Job Details

Do you want to work for a Global food and beverage manufacturer offering a fantastic step up now and clear future progression plans? This corporation currently sell into all major retailers and they are looking for you to come on board to support across Waitrose, Amazon and Ocado. The business remain true to their brand heritage by having a genuine connection with its customers and keeping their values at the forefront of everything they do.

They are seeking an engaging National Account Manager to join their intimate, fast paced team. You will come with an entrepreneurial mind and the attitude to make a positive impact to ultimately drive forward growth. You will support the Business Unit Lead on the management of these accounts and work closely with internal teams such as NPD and category. If you are looking for a new challenge where you can be involved in every aspect of an FMCG function and truly make an impact, this is the role for you.

You will be office based for majority of the time, but there is flexible working to allow you to work from home once or twice a week. PDP plans are incredibly important to this business as they continuously promote within where possible and support and develop their individuals. They outline incredibly clear progression plans, so if you are genuinely a driven individual seeking a career in an established business, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

You will have previous FMCG sales experience across the Convenience/Impulse sector and if you have exposure to the Grocery channel at present that will be highly desirable. This particular role will sit within their soft drinks category, so of course if you have exposure to this portfolio, this will be highly desirable also.

You will be a gritty individual who loves the idea of account transformation. They have been open and honest in outlining that there has been some decline on the account over the past two years and therefore need a tenacious person who can handle the ups and downs this role may bring.

They are looking for an individual to start quickly as this role is business critical, so interviews will be held immediately.
