Following exceptional growth My clients is in a position to bring in a Managing Director to help guide and drive the company to the next level. This is an amazing opportunity to take the helm of an up and coming NYC inspired food and cocktail group. Since its inception the company has already grown across London and are looking to open 3 more sites within the next year. The founders are looking for an exceptional Managing Director to continue and help grow the business for the future.

This role is a strategic and operational role where you will take lead of the business and will be key in terms of development. You will lead the senior management team and work together with the owners to drive the brand. The role will involve developing the current business and implementing their growth strategy across London and their ambition to expand nationally within the next 2 years. Along with this you will also drive YOY growth within current sites to solidify the business in the market.

Experience Required

• In-depth knowledge of casual dining industry.
• Experience with growing a business in the restaurant industry
• Communication and negotiation
• Understanding of a multi-faceted business operation
• Strong financial and analytical acumen
• Planning and forecasting
