Location: South East England



The Role: As the new Sales Manager, your role will see you managing an external new business sales team across the South of England, requiring a hands-on approach. Selling a variety of bespoke security solutions to the SME market, you will manage the larger prospects, as well as coaching, training developing your team.

The Company: As one of the leading companies of security solutions, our client designs, installs and monitors service systems for industrial, government, commercial and residential customers using state of the art technology. As part of a larger well-established group, they have been operating for nearly 100 years and have experienced continual growth, be sure to apply if you have Sales Management experience!

For this Sales Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • 1Yr+ Sales Management experience in a B2B environment
  • Good track record of hitting individual and team targets
  • Polished, hands-on & motivated
  • Full UK Driving License
