The Role: As Telesales Manager you will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of internal, telephone based sales professionals. Based from the office in Manchester City Centre, you'll target your team on sales calls, activity rates/levels, quality and efficiencies. As an inspiring, motivating presence you will aim to develop the existing sales executives - through thorough and training and coaching.
- Experience of direct line management of a sales team, internally or externally based
- Organised, structured coach with a professional manner
- Confident, credible and a strong communicator - ability to inspire
Basic Salary - £30,000 to £32,000
OTE - £40,000

Location: Greater Manchester (or access to commute daily to city centre Manchester)
