The Company: This organisation is one of the largest waste management operators in the North of England, a fast growing privately owned business of excellent reputation. Established for over 30 years and with an annual turnover in excess of £20m, this business continues to reinvest profits into developing its operation and services - recycling more waste than any other operator. Reinvestment includes recruiting for a Business Development Manager to cover growth territories in the Greater Manchester area.

The Role: As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing high value and long lead cycle based business within any Commercial or Industrial prospect - SME's, corporate blue chip, facilities management, public sector and international markets are all potential targets. If you are looking to be exposed to high level selling with a genuine opportunity for future, this could be the opportunity for you.

The Person: The ideal candidate will have a background and proven track record in the acquisition of new business. You must be driven, resilient and have the discipline and ability to work hard. A dynamic and a true people person can really achieve here.

Ideally located in Greater Manchester and surrounding areas

The Business Development Manager package:
£25,000 to £30,000 Basic Salary
£60,000 OTE year 1 - uncapped Bonus
Company Car + Mobile/ Laptop + Fuel Card
