Industry leading non food FMCG business who have some highly impressive growth figures over the last 10 years. UK HQ based in hertfordshire and the role would require at least 3 days in the office.

Description

Sales Director
  • Developing the sales team
  • Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
  • Developing lasting relationships with retail
  • expanding into new markets
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target areas
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events


Profile

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven track record as a Sales Director - national or regional
  • Extensive experience within a FMCG focused role
  • Self-motivated and experienced professional with a hands-on personality
  • Entrepreneurial character with strong organisational and communication skills
