Industry leading non food FMCG business who have some highly impressive growth figures over the last 10 years. UK HQ based in hertfordshire and the role would require at least 3 days in the office.
- Developing the sales team
- Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
- Developing lasting relationships with retail
- expanding into new markets
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target areas
- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven track record as a Sales Director - national or regional
- Extensive experience within a FMCG focused role
- Self-motivated and experienced professional with a hands-on personality
- Entrepreneurial character with strong organisational and communication skills
