Business Development Executive – Midlands/North
You must have some field sales experience and be used to talking with both new and existing customers. Importantly, you are a great communicator and are able to influence people at all levels. You’re looking for a new opportunity in a growing business, where you can learn and progress your career. This is a field based role so you must be well organised, self-motivated and driven by success.
You will be working for an established and successful supplier to the UK food manufacturing industry. They supply an impressive range of products and food ingredients and enjoy longstanding and trusted customer relationships. This is built on offering their customers high quality products in flexible quantities and their innovative recipe formulations. They are now starting on a new and exciting phase in their development and they need to recruit a field based Business Development Executive.
You will build strong relationships with your existing customers and importantly prospect for new business with food manufacturers in the Midlands and North. You’ll spend time understanding each customer's needs, deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the company’s sales and profit targets are met. You’ll also create a new business pipeline - no two days will be the same. You will also attend conferences and events and work with the Marketing team to research new opportunities.
