National Account Manager – Tesco, Booker & Aldi

This food business are experiencing a period of sustained growth at the moment. They specialise in short shelf life food products and have recently diversified their product portfolio in order to add an additional revenue stream which has proved extremely popular since the launch a few years ago. They are now exploring further avenues of diversification with their current product portfolio which could enable them to grow even more. They have a fantastic customer base with relationships spanning numerous years. Due to a recent departure they’re now looking for someone to manage their Tesco, Booker and Aldi accounts.
The role will pick up buyer contact with the 3 accounts mentioned above. They already have great relationships with these customers, therefore, they need someone who is an exceptional relationship builder. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day to day management responsibilities for these pivotal accounts to the business.
You must have strong account management experience within the food industry with retail customers either at an NAE or NAM level. You must have a proven track record of exceptional relationship building with your account portfolio. Financially savvy and keen to forward your career through this organisations progression structure (NAM > SNAM > Commercial Director) is also important.
