We are working with them to identify an outstanding Demand Planner with proven success within Supply / Demand Planning, who is passionate and proactive in their approach and able to build great relationships.
The role of Demand Planner – Customer Collaboration and its wider team sits within the Supply Chain function and plays a critical role in driving the performance of a leading product portfolio within one or more of the UK’s Top 5 retailers, working closely with Account Management and Brand Planning teams to deliver on Supply Chain KPIs and optimise the product portfolio’s performance.
The Demand Planner – Customer Collaboration role is heavily focused on Event Management i.e. promotions, NPD etc. through collaborative planning / forecasting, execution, tracking and review. Through analysing both internal and customer data you will drive insights into the business to improve promotional performance and forecast accuracy. You will also be accountable for the overall service and relationship within your customer(s).
Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic with a positive approach to tasks; who relishes a challenge but can balance everyday work; and enjoys working with others but can work alone and take the lead when needed. You will have had proven success within FMCG / Retailer Supply Chain or Demand Planning roles, along with knowledge and experience of key grocers. Demand Planner – Customer Collaboration Requirements:
- Experience in Supply / Demand planning within a branded FMCG or Retailer environment
- Knowledge and experience of dealing with Retailer systems and Processes
- Knowledge of SAP or TPM systems
- High level skills influencing stakeholders and customers
- Collaborative approach to cross-functional team working
- Strong analytical, quantitative and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficient)
- Performance driven with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and consistently achieve tight deadlines
Location-wise they are based in West London, with expectation for 4-5 days per week on-site. In terms of salary & reward we are pitching at c£39-45k (dependent on experience), plus bonus opportunity and strong blue-chip benefits package.
