Overview of role/ what you’ll need to be successful

As a Trainee recruiter, your main duty will be to build sustainable business through client wins, the successful placement of candidates and development of key client relationships.

You will be provided with full training, support and guidance along with the autonomy to undertake your role and establish a successful desk.

Our environment is competitive and we have an ambitious team striving to be successful both together and as individuals. You will have the opportunity to grow quickly with the most successful members of the team progressing to Managerial positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating new business opportunities, both individually and for the team
  • Successfully placing candidates into live job roles
  • Managing and monitoring your activity on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
  • Providing accurate weekly and monthly business forecasts
  • Reporting to line manager on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis (where required)
  • Managing and prioritising workloads
  • Successfully building, managing and developing relationships with key client stakeholders
