Area Sales Manager

THE ROLE: As an Area Sales Manager you will be selling a range of products into Independent Retailers across the South of the UK. Attending 2-4 meetings per day with Business Owners and buyers you will expect to take orders anywhere from £300-£40k. The role of Area Sales Manager is mainly centred around account management and you will inherit a large base of profitable clients. Selling a range of FMCG goods this exciting position will suit an Area Sales Manager devoted to account development.

THE PERSON: To be considered for the role of Area Sales Manager you will have a naturally consultative style and the ability to manage your own account base. Full training will be provided so product knowledge isn't important, but you will need to have a strong track record of account management in the field. A background in FMCG sales would be highly beneficial, however, this is not a pre-requisite. You will be an energetic, hardworking, down to earth individual to succeed in this position.

THE PACKAGE FOR AREA SALES MANAGER:

• Basic: £25,000 - £30,000
• Bonus: £7,000
• Company Car

LOCATION: Bristol, Bath. Swindon, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Wiltshire, Salisbury, Somerset, Dorset, Devon. Along the M4 corridor.
