Customer Services Manager - Food manufacturing

There is an opportunity to develop some team members and as evidenced by the current manager having been promoted the company do believe in providing internal career development and opportunities.
The role will:
• Take the lead on all internal customer relationship management and work in partnership with the field based customer facing team.
• Manage and drive a positive culture for the internal sales team of 4 people.
• Be a key interface with customers in all areas including pricing, forecasting, CRM, samples, specifications and service levels
Competitive salary circa £30-35k negotiable for an experienced candidate + excellent benefits package.
The role is based around Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and South Yorkshire.
