This business is launching three new exciting food brands which come under multiple categories across food and drink.

They are now looking to take on a National Account Manager to help launch the new brands and manage existing accounts. They already have an established online presence and are in talks with major retail accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly entrepreneurial, wants to get their hands dirty and be involved from the ground up within a start-up.

The responsibilities will include:
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to focus on establishing, managing and developing commercial relationships with customers, to achieve desired sales objectives
  • Manage commercial negotiations, developing strategic business goals and joint business plans with customers
  • Work closely with the founder and marketing manager to develop customer specific marketing activation
  • Building compelling JBPs
  • Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the promotional activity
  • Developing strong internal cross-functional relationships
  • Managing a Sakes Exec



To be successful as a National Account Manager you will:
  • Have experience working in a branded FMCG business as a NAM on a top 4 grocery account
  • Possess proven experience of managing accounts in an exceptional way - building strong relationships and being able to deal with any difficult situations in a tactful manner
  • Have an entrepreneurial drive to grow business, gain new accounts and expand on current growth
  • Ability to win new business with retailers
  • Have a strong education, ideally degree educated
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
