The Role: The new Business Development Manager will be largely responsible for prospecting new business through networking, referrals and self-generating leads. Covering Berkshire you will be home based, client facing 4 days per week and attending several meetings per day. Selling a full range of security products such as CCTV, fire detection and access control systems, you will target any SME across your territory.

Our clients portfolio of solutions include monitoring and maintenance, CCTV, access control and intruder alarms.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

· B2B field sales experience

· Technical mind - enjoys solution selling

· Full driving license
