Having just experienced one of their most successful years to date, this global cosmetics company is now looking at add to their team due to growth. This entrepreneurial business owns multiple beauty brands targeted at a range of consumers and sold into accounts from grocery, high street and department stores. Whilst enjoying an autonomous SME culture, the business is partially owned by a bigger multi-billion pound Blue Chip which allows them to enjoy a strong capital back bone.
In this newly created position, the Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for increasing sales via the brand’s direct to consumer website. Utilising their experience and knowledge, they will work collaboratively throughout the business to grow the site. Currently turning over a minimal £25k per year, the newly appointed Ecommerce Manager will be targeted to develop this to £1m in their first few years. This is an extremely strategic position within the team as the company starts to focus heavily on digital development.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience utilising such processes as PPC, Google Analytics and SEO. You must also be able to demonstrate examples of direct to consumer websites you have previously worked on where you have significantly increased revenue. As this is a small team, a hands on, personable and positive attitude is also desired.
