Our client is a relatively new player in the branded herbal teas category, however in the space of only a few years they have moved from challenger brand to be a real market disrupter to the status quo, and there’s still plenty of room to go ! The company has now received a substantial capital investment from its parent in Europe, with the sole purpose of elevating the company to the next level. The company and the product should realistically be the category leader within the next five years, so an exciting opportunity for anyone involved!
The most important things are your knowledge of the ( top four / top five ) Grocery channel and your commercial “ nouse ” to exploit the numerous opportunities that lie ahead. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and this role would suit an individual looking to escape the corporate culture whilst still working in a highly professional environment.
The role is home and field based however you will need to be in the office almost every week ( the company is shortly moving to its own purpose built head office in Leeds ), so you should be prepared for regular trips to Leeds. We are open however to applications from high calibre candidates living anywhere in the country. There will obviously be a substantial amount of travelling with the job in any event as the top four supermarket’s head offices are spread throughout the UK.
In return for your dedication and efforts our client is prepared to pay a basic salary of between £45,106 to £50,222 plus exciting bonus and company car. Career opportunities are excellent for the right candidate.
