We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Controller to lead a portfolio of brands and the teams that manage them. You should have proven experience in a similar role preferably within the drinks industry. You will possess a diverse marketing skill set, and be able lead our talented marketing teams who already massively contribute to the ongoing development of our business.
We are looking for dynamic and entrepreneurial minded candidates, who thrive on producing new projects and delivering results. These attributes, combined with amazing attention to detail, a willingness to constantly learn new things and build on current thinking are essential. Naturally at this level you will be an accomplished and confident communicator (verbally and written), passionate about marketing, brand growth and our company.
- High performing Manager with 9+ years of Marketing and Commercial Experience
- Proven track record in developing and delivering brand growth plans
- Experience in managing Brand Owners and 3rd party brands
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly numerate and commercial thinking with a clear ability to present robust and compelling insight / direction.
- Ability to lead and develop a high performing team of marketing professionals
- Focussed on delivering results and both continuous personal and professional development
- Gravitas to lead and inspire confidence in team, wider business, brand owners and customers.
